I support a wide range of health conditions with nutritional therapy. Find out more below.

Supporting your Nutritional Health

My nutritional therapy services cover a wide range of complex, chronic health conditions. I work with people dealing with a wide range of complex, chronic health conditions. So often I see conditions ranging from gut issues like IBS, SIBO and bloating, to hormonal conditions such as PCOS, endometriosis and perimenopause, to autoimmune conditions like Hashimoto’s and chronic fatigue syndrome. My approach is rooted in functional medicine. I find out what’s actually driving your symptoms rather than simply just managing them. I offer nutritional therapy services in London and across the UK, in person and online.

Common Questions

Yes I don’t just offer nutritional therapy in London. In fact, most of my consultations are now carried out online via video call, which works just as well as in person and means location is no barrier. I work with clients looking for nutritional therapy in London, the rest of the UK and internationally. If you’d prefer to meet face to face, I also offer in-person consultations.

Yes, gut health is one of the most common areas I work in. Many people with IBS have an underlying cause that hasn’t been properly identified, whether that’s SIBO, food intolerances, gut dysbiosis or an inflammatory response. Rather than managing symptoms, I use functional testing and nutritional therapy to find and address the root cause, so your digestive system can actually start working properly again.

Both conditions respond well to a nutritional and functional medicine approach. With PCOS, the focus is on insulin sensitivity, hormone balance and inflammation. With endometriosis, we work on reducing oestrogen dominance, supporting detoxification and managing the inflammatory drivers. Diet, targeted supplementation and herbal medicine can make a significant difference to symptoms and quality of life for both.

Absolutely. Perimenopause and menopause involve significant hormonal shifts that affect energy, mood, sleep, weight and bone health. Nutritional therapy supports oestrogen metabolism, reduces inflammation and stabilises blood sugar, all of which heavily influence how you feel through this transition. Many women manage symptoms significantly better through the right nutrition, targeted nutrients and herbal support.

Chronic fatigue syndrome is rarely caused by one thing, which is exactly why a whole-body approach matters. I look at mitochondrial function, gut health, inflammation, immune dysregulation and nutrient deficiencies, all commonly implicated in CFS and ME. Many of my clients with chronic fatigue see meaningful improvements in energy, brain fog and daily function through targeted nutritional therapy.

Hashimoto’s is an autoimmune condition where the immune system attacks the thyroid. Nutritional therapy addresses the underlying drivers such as gut permeability, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies (particularly selenium, iodine and vitamin D) and food triggers. Many people with Hashimoto’s find the right nutritional approach reduces antibody levels and improves how they feel day to day, alongside their conventional treatment.

The gut-brain connection means mental health and digestive health are deeply
linked, and nutritional therapy looks at neurotransmitter support, blood sugar regulation, inflammation and nutrient deficiencies commonly associated with anxiety and depression. It’s not a replacement for mental health treatment, but it can be a powerful complementary approach, particularly where conventional treatment hasn’t given the full results someone was hoping for.
