INGREDIENTS

250ml unsweetened nut milk

250ml water

a handful of ice

100g frozen berries

2 tbsp nut butter (such as almond/peanut/cashew)

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 scoops chocolate protein powder (I like Nuzest)
