INGREDIENTS

1 lettuce head

1 yellow pepper

2 apples

10cm fresh ginger

1 orange

1 lemon

1 fennel

METHOD

Chop all the ingredients and juice with a juicer.

Ideally serve immediately or within 24 hours for optimal freshness.

Can also be frozen to be enjoyed fresh on another day.
