Coconut yoghurt with mango and pomegranate

INGREDIENTS

120g coconut yoghurt

50g fresh mango

1 tablespoon pomegranate seeds

METHOD

Peel and chop 50g fresh mango.

Remove the seeds from the pomegranate.

Add the coconut yoghurt to a bowl, top with the mango chunks and 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds.
