Cauliflower Rice

INGREDIENTS

1 cauliflower head

1 tbsp organic butter

Himalayan/Celtic salt to taste

TOTAL: 13 MINUTES

DIFFICULTY: EASY

METHOD

Wash the cauliflower and dry it well.

Remove the green leaves and break the cauliflower into florets.

You can either grate the cauliflower using a cheese grater or use the grater blade in a food processor.  You want to grate the cauliflower into rice size pieces.

Place the cauliflower rice on a paper towel and top with another paper towel.  Press down firmly to remove any water.

Heat the butter in a large pan.

Add the cauliflower rice and cook for 8 minutes with the lid on.

Serve as a rice substitute with any dish.
