Berry Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

half a frozen banana

150g mix of strawberries and blueberries

1tsp acai berry powder

1tsp chia seeds

1tsp cinnamon

1tsp almond butter

200ml unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop protein powder

COOKING: NO COOKING REQUIRED

TOTAL: 2 MINUTES

METHOD

Blitz in a blender until smooth.

Storage:  Ideally drink immediately or keep in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
