Anti-inflammatory pineapple smoothie

INGREDIENTS

200g fresh pineapple

5g fresh mint

10g fresh ginger

a pinch of cayenne chilli pepper

1tsp turmeric powder

1tbsp chia seeds

2tsp cinnamon powder

some black pepper

300ml coconut milk

Blitz in a blender until smooth.

Storage:  Keeps fresh in the fridge for up to 24 hours.
