250g dried figs
125g flaked almonds
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp chia seeds
60ml unsweetened almond milk
1 tsp raw honey
Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
Roll into 15 small balls.
Place on a tray and allow to set in the fridge overnight.
These energy balls will keep in the fridge for up to two weeks.
