a chocolate lover's overnight oats

INGREDIENTS

30g jumbo oats

100ml unsweetened almond milk

a squeeze of fresh lemon

1 tsp ground cinnamon

1 tbsp cocoa nibs

1 tbsp chia seeds

half a banana

Optional:

5g L-glutamine powder

1 scoop Sunwarrior Classic Chocolate Protein Powder

SERVES: ONE

METHOD

Blitz all the ingredients in a blender.  Store in the fridge overnight and enjoy for breakfast the next day.
